Cancellations: Because the embroidering/printing process beings shortly after an order is made, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of making the order, full refunds given. Would be curious as to why though! But no questions asked.
Returns/Exchanges: No exchanges or returns. If a product arrives damaged, or of defective quality, we will replace without question or offer a refund. We will need photos though and won’t send a replacement without photos. You do not need to send us the defective hat.
Sizing: Although most of our hats are adjustable and will fit most people, please use the size guides to make sure it will fit beforehand. We don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
