We offer refund and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase's arrival in limited circumstances, if 14 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds / Exchanges
- Product arrives damaged or defective print/embroidery.

We do need photos of the damage though! A replacement will be sent out no questions asked.

- Lost in mail
- If your order gets lost, we will replace it. If the error is due to incorrect input of your address, we will not replace it.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please use the size charts or contact me if you are unsure!

Please do not send the defective product back to the manufacturer, or to me. In fact don't send it anywhere. You can keep it, gift it, or toss it.
BrimBarn is a small business ran by 1 dood, with a production partner, to keep prices fair I need to have a limited scope of returns/exchanges. I only make a few dollars per hat, so me covering a single exchange/return erases 5+ hat sales.
I appreciate your understanding. When I can afford to have a large inventory, or have an embroidery machine and make the hats myself, I will be able to be more flexible.
